Sailing Costa Rica’s Pacific coast is an experience that is not soon forgotten. Throughout the year, the climate and winds create a favorable environment for coastal sailing. Dotted with scenic mountains and secluded beaches, Guanacaste’s coastline is an amazing place for snorkeling and exploring underwater life.
As an expat who grew up in Costa Rica, I have always been drawn to the ocean and nature. Since the early 90’s, I have spent much of my time sailing, surfing, fishing, and diving in the Guanacaste area. In 2017, I started work as a captain for local sailing charters out of the Playa
Potrero/Playa Flamingo area. My time crewing and maintaining Seneca began in 2022, and I am now fortunate to be the owner/captain of this classic vessel.
